Every server at Extreme Web uses constantly updated hardware. Each machine has hundreds of megabytes of RAM, and is fine tuned for maximum performance in it's respective application. We use RAID configurations and Ultra Wide SCSI-3 hard drives for data reliability and speed. Each machine is connected directly to two networks: our Internet connection as well as our high-speed Intranet. This reduces unneccesarily wasted bandwidth on the Internet by having the servers communicate with each other over the dedicated low-latency Intranet.

People
